Shipping policy

A majority of Acuity products are fulfilled via digital delivery. You should receive enrollment information for your product no later than 1 hour from the time of purchase during standard business hours. Should you encounter any difficulty, contact support@acuityinstitute.com. Issues may take longer to resolve if filed on a weekend. 

If physical course books are purchased,  the order is sent to our fulfillment center. Books generally arrive within 7-10 business days, via FedEx
